Once received, the donations are sorted, ticketed and put for sale within our network of Renaissance stores. The articles are sold at low prices and without tax which helps to improve the quality of life for people and families with limited budgets, as well as the general public. All of the revenue is reinvested in the social mission of the organization, which is the job training program. These sales enable the organization to be 85% self-financing of its total budget. Renaissance is not a franchise operation. The opening of stores is planned by the Head Office. The Fripe-Prix Renaissance stores are managed by employees who are recruited by the organization.
