After a brief retirement, Pierre felt the need to be with people again. It is almost as if the mission is in his blood! A couple of years onthe management team, followed by a few others in transportation and supply, finally led him to the Donation Centres. Pierre delights in saying how “Meeting the people who supply the Fripe-Prix Community Boutiques and thus make its mission possible; being able to thank them in person and explaining that all this is possible thanks to their generosity, it is no longer a job…it is a pleasure!”
Work integration program
Renaissance offers you a 26-week job preparation program (910 hours), consisting of training combined with concrete job experience within its chain of Fripe-Prix stores, which specialize in the sale of pre-used clothing and articles.
Whether in retail sales, maintenance or materials handling, you can now benefit from concrete work experience in a supervised environment. Work for 35 hours per week at minimum wage. Benefit individualized job search coaching, and job search support for two years following training.
