Goodwill Affiliation
Renaissance is a member of Goodwill Industries International.
Recognized as the largest international organization devoted to social and professional integration, Goodwill is a network of 207 autonomous member organizations throughout the world, and was founded in Boston in 1902 by the Reverend Edgar J. Elms. To remain a Goodwill member, Renaissance must submit to a rigorous accreditation process every three years, during which the relevance and quality of its integration services are assessed, along with the integrity and efficiency of its organization. Through the camaraderie that characterizes exchanges among its social entrepreneurs, Goodwill gives Renaissance access to an invaluable wealth of information, which greatly assists in its development.
